With the Fleetmaster Vehicle Analysis Report, there is no more need to match receipts to drivers and vehicles.
It's all done for you automatically. And you'll never again have to prepare monthly reports or enter fueling information into a computer.
Fleet Analyst Report
The Fleet Analyst is an exception report that accompanies your monthly Vehicle Analysis Report (VAR). It allows you to easily keep track of unauthorized purchases that occur on your account.
Weekly Reports
Weekly reporting allows fleet customers to receive a Weekly Transaction Report, in addition to their monthly reporting package. The reports reflect purchase transactions received and processed from Saturday through Friday. The report is delivered via mail or, if you prefer, by overnight services. Fleet managers can track expenses incurred during the billing cycle and forecast the monthly expense. Due to the frequency of this report a small fee may apply.
