Pay Incentives:
- Entry-Level Assistant Managers are eligible to earn skill-based raises of 52 cents per hour at their 6-month anniversary. At 1-year anniversary the Night or Relief Assistant is eligible to earn a
pay raise of $2.21 per hour
- Part-Time Clerks are eligible to earn a customer service bonus after 6 months service.
- Every six months, Part-Time Clerks earn an anniversary bonus based on their total number of hours worked during the previous six months.
