The Vehicle Analysis Report (VAR)

The Vehicle Analysis Report supplies complete management information to provide maximum security and control.

The VAR furnishes detailed information on a monthly basis with data automatically captured through the use of the QuikTrip FleetMaster card.

The following is provided monthly for each vehicle in the fleet:

• Driver's name
• Date, time and location of each transaction
• Product(s) purchased
• Odometer reading
• Gallons purchased
• Price per gallon
• Total purchase amount
• Cost per mile
• Miles per gallon

Complete Reporting

• Departmental summaries
• Month-to-date and year-to-date summaries
• Reports within ten days of month end

Tighten Security
The FleetMaster card prevents unauthorized fueling and maintenance transactions. Each vehicle is assigned a FleetMaster card and each driver is assigned an identification number -- one can't be used without the other. To further protect your FleetMaster cards from unwanted use, individual authorization controls can be set for each card. The authorization controls establish restrictions on total dollars per day, number of transactions per day and dollars per transaction for each card.
