Exception Reports

What is an Exception Report? We believe it's a better way for fleet managers and administrators to take control of their fuel reports. In a nutshell, we make it easy to control costs and monitor fueling policies by identifying the exceptions. You set the desired guidelines, and then easily review the report to see if any of the exceptions occurred.

We have nine different exception categories to choose from, including the following:

  • More than X dollars spent in a day
  • More than X transactions which occur in a day
  • More than X gallons that are purchased in a day
  • Transactions which occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
  • Transactions which occur outside normal business hours
  • Manual vs. electronic transactions
  • Inactive vehicles
  • Unauthorized fuel products
  • Non-fueling transactions

After we program the guidelines as you direct, fraudulent and excessive transactions can be monitored and handled as they occur, thereby controlling costs. Our exception reporting can be requested for daily, weekly, or monthly distribution, or a one time run for a specific date range. These reports can be delivered via fax, e-mail (text file), or mail.
