To meet the demand for accurate and detailed information, QuikTrip provides Weekly Reporting. This service provides fleet managers and administrators the timesaving tools needed to better manage fleets and control costs.

Weekly Reporting Features
The Weekly Transaction Report is a detailed listing of your weekly transactions, including the following information:

• Date of Purchase
• Time of Purchase
• Driver Name
• Odometer Reading
• Product Purchased
• Gallons Purchased
• Cost Per Gallons
• Fuel Dollars
• Non-Fuel Dollars
• Total Dollars

The Weekly Transaction Report will be mailed to you every Monday. Or, if you prefer, you can choose overnight delivery for an additional fee. Transactions from the previous Saturday through Friday will be reported. At the end of your billing cycle, your full Vehicle Analysis Report and invoice package will be sent.
