Assistant Manager Full-Time Jobs |

Full time jobs as Assistant Managers are the entry-level management job at
QuikTrip. Store Managers hold full time jobs and aren't hired off the street -
this position is promoted from within. |
Assistant Managers select from two full time job schedules. The full time night
job schedule is five shifts a week from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (10:30 p.m. to
8:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday).
The second full time job (Relief Assistant Manager), schedule
consists of two day, one evening, and two overnight shifts each week.
Full time Assistant Managers work a 46-hour work week.
Full time Assistant Managers are in charge of the store during their assigned
shifts.

Based on job performance, those holding full time jobs as Assistant Managers
are eligible for promotion to full time Second Assistant Manager position. From
this position the next eligible position is First Assistant followed by Store
Manager. |
Full Time Assistant Manager job compensation is part of a progressive job pay
program including monthly bonuses based on store operating profit and customer
service.
QuikTrip full time jobs pay weekly.

Those holding full time jobs as Assistant Managers receive a jobs benefits

New Full Time Night Assistant Managers receive two weeks of full time job
training prior to their job assignment. Relief Assistant Managers receive three
weeks of training. |

QuikTrip maintains complete full time job description for the Full Time
Assistant Manager positions. Upon hire, this will be reviewed during
orientation. |
