Full-Time Positions

QuikTrip is very selective about hiring. QuikTrip is the best only because the people who work here are the best. Every step is taken to make sure there is a good fit between QuikTrip and the potential new team member.

STEP 1
Complete the online application for a full-time position, or visit the division office in your metropolitan area. You may also pick up an application at any local QuikTrip store. If your application is taken to the Division Office, please allow yourself 15-20 minutes to take the QuikTrip aptitude test.

Your application and test score will be reviewed by the Division Personnel Manager. If your test score and application information pass QuikTrip standards...

STEP 5
The Personnel Manager will make a job offer. But before you accept, make sure the job is right for you. You are encouraged to talk to store team members at any store to find out what the job is like.

STEP 6
Training is an extension of the hiring process. During the one-on-one initial training, you and your Initial Trainer will have the opportunity to determine if QuikTrip is right for you.

Part-Time Positions

QuikTrip is just as selective about the part-time people it hires as for full-time positions. QuikTrip customers deserve and expect the best.



STEP 1
First, please complete the online application for a part-time position. Applications are also available at any local QuikTrip store or the division office in your metropolitan area.

STEP 2
Your application will be reviewed by the Division Recruiting Coordinator. If your application passes review, you will be asked to take an aptitude test and interview with the Coordinator.

STEP 3
During the interview, you'll find out more about the work you'll be expected to do and the store locations where you might work. The Coordinator will find out more about you, about when you are available to work and if QuikTrip is right for you.

STEP 4
If over 18, credit and criminal background check.

STEP 5
If both you and the Coordinator agree there is a match, the job is yours.

STEP 6
But before you say "Yes!", go to a QuikTrip store and watch what the store team members do. Ask them about the job. Make sure you are willing to make the same commitment to excellence that the store team does. Remember, it's not an easy job, but it's a rewarding job.
