should be rewarded for what they do. That's why QuikTrip Managers, Assistant
Managers and Clerks are among the highest paid in the retail industry.
At QuikTrip, pay is a two-part system. First, Store Team Members take home a
great weekly paycheck. Store Managers are salaried. All other Team Members earn
an hourly rate. Assistant Managers work a 46-hour week and receive
time-and-a-half for all hours over forty. Part-Time Clerk hours vary week to
