We have a very low employee turnover rate. People like working here, and very few leave. We promote from within. All new employees start in entry-level jobs within the facility. From there, employees have numerous career paths they can follow. 

Starting pay for entry-level jobs at the Belton facility is $10.18, the Phoenix facility is $9.89, and the Atlanta facility is $10.18, with an additional 50 cents per hour for evening shifts. Seniority and cost-of-living raises are also given.
