Scott was at #236 grabbing his products this morning as he normally does and witnessed an elderly gentleman pull into the parking lot on a flat tire. He witnessed Ryan Ragone (Store Manager #236) jumping to the aide of this customer and not only offering to go outside and assist him, but once he realized that it was completely flat and needed to have his spare put on, Ryan didn’t even hesitate to get this gentleman’s spare tire put on for him. Scott was so impressed by Ryan’s customer service but above all his generosity in ensuring that his customers are taken care of!
